Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE: Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South London
RATE: £40.00 to £50.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 6 months with possibility of extension
Please note that this would require office attendance 1 day per week.
The Role of the Property Lawyer
To manage and progress a varied caseload in relation to commercial property matters
Caseload will include local authority statutory powers relating to property disposal and useThe Person
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificate
Candidates from both public sector or private sector backgrounds would be considered for this postiion
Experience of dealing with commercial property and statutory powers in relation to property disposal would be essentialThe Benefits
