Job Title: Commercial Property Conveyancer
Location: Cardiff Office Based
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Hours: Full Time.

Firm Details:
A reputable specialist high street firm with multiple offices across Cardiff/Wales area are looking for a Commercial Property Conveyancer. This firms reputation is outstanding, this is proven by the amount of 5* reviews they have and excellent staff retention.

Duties:
* Manage a caseload of varied Commercial Property Files including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant etc.

Experience Required:
* Experience managing a caseload from start to finish of commercial property files
* Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner within conveyancing.
* Excellent client relations
* This firm is also looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer due to increase of workload and retirements. Please submit your CV if you're interested in either of these positions.
