Commercial Optimisation Analyst
Bristol - Hybrid
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Great Pension + Private Healthcare + 28 Days Holiday + Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation. Working as part of a collaborative commercial team, you'll play a key role in improving pricing decisions, optimising stock allocation and driving better commercial outcomes.

In this role, you'll work closely with Pricing, Customer Development, MI, Product and Technology teams to improve pricing performance and optimise how vehicle stock is allocated across sales channels. Rather than focusing on customer behaviour or CRM data, you'll use commercial insight to identify opportunities that improve resale performance, streamline pricing processes and maximise revenue. You'll also support projects aimed at enhancing pricing capability through automation and new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pricing, commercial optimisation, inventory management or vehicle remarketing. You'll be commercially minded, confident working with large volumes of stock and comfortable making recommendations that improve pricing and operational performance. Strong Excel skills are essential.

The Role:

Lead pricing and channel optimisation initiatives to maximise commercial performance.
Improve pricing strategies and stock allocation across multiple sales channels.
Work cross-functionally to deliver scalable process improvements.
Support the development of pricing methodologies and future pricing capability.
Monitor the success of initiatives and identify further optimisation opportunities.
The Person:

Previous experience within a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Optimisation or Inventory Management role.
Strong commercial awareness with experience improving pricing or inventory performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel skills.
