Commercial Motor Claims Handler / Chelmsford/ Up to £27,000 / Full Time
A rapidly growing broker with 3 locations across the South East, are looking for a Commercial Motor Claims Handler to join them on a full time basis at their Chelmsford office. The successful candidate will be part of an organisation focusing on the precise needs of clients, be supported with qualifications, and gain industry leading experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurers
Assisting in all aspects of data input, to include monitoring and updating records
Support with administration tasks and claims queries
Incoming and outbound call handling
Provide support to department Executives
Manage day to day claims queries
Essential Skills & Experience:
The ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and influence
Strong written and communication skills
The ability to develop strong relationships
Excellent customer service skills
Experience within the insurance industryPackage:
£19k - £27k starting salary
Hours – 9am-5.30pm Mon- Fri
Fully funded and supported training including CII
