This role will strengthen commercial foundations — turning innovation into real-world impact. Working at the heart of strategic projects, you’ll ensure suppliers, pricing, and contracts are aligned to deliver mission success.
What You’ll Do
Lead sourcing with confidence
* Run market analysis and supplier selection
* Manage RFQs and ITTs
* Drive competitive tender processes
Support commercial performance
* Build cost models and pricing structures
* Navigate regulated defence environments
* Manage change control and commercial risk
What we are looking for;
* 2+ years in Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector, or a regulated industry
* Knowledge of:
* Procurement Act 2023
* SSCR
* DEFCONs & DEFSTANs
* Understanding of contract types (Firm Price, Cost Plus, Frameworks)
* Experience managing commercial risk and change
* SC clearance (or willingness to obtain)
