Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor Rail
We require a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor
To proactively administer Sub-contract accounts from project, start up through to final account.
Accurately report Sub-contract liabilities.
Raise Sub-contract payments and issue notices strictly in accordance with contractual and legal requirements.
Provide records which identify progress, delays and controlled change management, contributing to event registers and entitlement documentation, so that timely actions can be completed.
Experience working in contracting commercial department.
Rail experience desirable - Able to provide guidance on quantification, costing of construction works and task elemental cost analysis.
Appreciation of conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution procedures
