Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a registered provider of affordable housing and Registered Social Landlord, to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager / QS to their busy Planned works team. You will be overseeing commercial control and value for money across various housing and corporate property projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the principal Quantity Surveyor, ensuring Planned & Major projects are delivered within budgets and contractual frameworks.
* Leading cost planning, tender preparation, valuations, and final accounts.
* Managing contractor performance and risk, ensuring compliance and transparency.
* Leading a small professional team and contributing to procurement strategies.
* This role requires strong experience in quantity surveying or commercial management, with a degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying desirable
