Description:
Conrad Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager with strong NEC3 experience to support a major infrastructure programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, payment assessment, change management and the day-to-day management of commercial matters on a complex project.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of NEC3 commercial experience.
Strong contract administration and payment management skills.
Experience managing contractual change and commercial risk.
Ability to work effectively with site teams and project stakeholders.
The position requires regular site presence in Suffolk, approximately three days per week
