Description:

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its London team and work on major infrastructure programmes.

The role will focus on the pre-contract commercial stage, including commercial evaluation, development of contract conditions, tender evaluation, negotiations with bidders and supporting projects through to contract award.

The Role

Develop commercial evaluation models

Support preparation of contract conditions

Lead commercial evaluation of tenders

Manage negotiations with bidders

Provide commercial advice to clients and project teams

Support contract award and mobilisation

Manage commercial risks and opportunities

About You

You should have around 10 years' NEC experience and a strong background in commercial management within major infrastructure.

Experience within the water sector would be advantageous.

Candidates should have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills and be confident providing commercial advice at a senior level
