Excellent new opportunity to lead and develop a team of sales professionals for the Cumbria site of a global business.
A senior role for the business reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will shape the sales strategy and processes, lead and mentor the team of sales professionals and take ownership of key accounts.
This role will suit a dynamic manager with proven success of fostering a collaborative environment, driving B2B sales performance and ensuring customer excellence.
This is a site-based role Monday-Friday office hours and comes with a with a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.
