The business already has considerable experience across top fruit, citrus and exotics, with an expanding presence in vegetables and salads, alongside importing, grading, packing, storage and nationwide distribution capabilities.

* Strong fresh produce commercial experience
* International grower and supplier relationships
* Retail, wholesale and/or foodservice customer knowledge
* Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
* A genuine understanding of margins, categories and supply chains
* The energy and ambition to develop new commercial opportunities
This could suit an established Commercial Manager, Category Manager, Procurement/Buying professional or senior fresh produce traders looking for a fresh challenge.
And importantly, location is flexible, with hybrid working and travel as required.
