Commercial Manager

Description:

We're currently seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join our client's team at Hinkley Point C. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of some remote work, with a focus on overseeing multiple projects, managing contracts and budgets, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Reporting to the Project Director and operating within the Project Controls function overseen by the Commercial Director, this permanent staff role is integral to our client's project success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and project controls.
- Lead business planning initiatives and conduct market analysis.
- Build and manage high-performing teams.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Management and Contract Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in business planning and market analysis.
- Effective team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Preference for experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

**Additional Information:**

- Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
- Subject to acceptance/approval of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Application and DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
