Description:

Conrad Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a major project within the infrastructure, energy, utilities and power sector.

This is an opportunity to join a project during construction delivery and take responsibility for a broad range of commercial and contractual activities.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Contract administration.

Commercial management throughout construction.

Change and variation management.

Claims and compensation events.

Commercial reporting.

Cost control and forecasting.

Commercial risk management.

Stakeholder engagement.

Supporting the successful commercial delivery of the project.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

5–10 years' experience working on major infrastructure, energy, utilities, power, renewables or BESS projects.

Strong construction delivery experience.

Excellent NEC and/or FIDIC knowledge.

Experience managing change, claims, variations and compensation events.

Strong commercial reporting and cost management skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Experience within a client, consultancy or contractor environment
