We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join an established main contractor based in Dorchester. The business undertakes projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and infrastructure, with projects ranging in value from £10mil - £75mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and they have won a place on many local and national frameworks, with most of their work being in the public sector.
They're now looking to bring an experienced Commercial Manager into the team to lead an upcoming scheme in the region. The project will value circa £70mil and will involve managing a commercial team of 3. The project has 2 years left to run. As Commercial Manager, you will be commercially responsible for the project, reporting directly into the area Commercial Director. You will be involved in the project through final account and will go on to manage other projects in the region.
