Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor
£50,000 - £60,000 + One-to-One Training + Progression + Hybrid + Company Benefits

Are you a Junior Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or similar with experience in M&E or building services, looking to develop your commercial skills with one-to-one training, support from experienced management and the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established building services company, where you will receive dedicated one-to-one training to develop your estimating and commercial management skills. You will gain experience across projects valued between £100k and £1.5m, with the opportunity to build your expertise and progress into senior commercial positions.
This varied role will involve pricing M&E installation works, preparing tenders, monitoring project costs and managing budgets, variations and applications for payment. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors, gradually developing your commercial responsibilities with guidance from experienced senior management.
This role would suit a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a relevant qualification and some experience in M&E or building services, looking to take the next step in their career with dedicated training and the opportunity to develop their skills.
The Role:
Estimating and pricing M&E installation projects
Monitoring project costs, budgets and profit margins
Assisting with variations, applications for payment and final accountsThe Person:
Qualified in Quantity Surveying, Estimating or similar (Degree, HNC/HND)
Experience in M&E, building services or a relevant commercial role
Commutable to Dartford and happy to undertake site visits
