Commercial Manager
Remote working
£55,000 to earn £85K OTE
We are recruiting a Commercial Manager for our client, a market-leading facilities management provider with over 100 employees and £10 million + turnover.
As Commercial Manager, you will focus on growth in the NHS/Healthcare sector. This role is predominantly remote, so you will spend your time generating opportunities from home and meeting clients as needed, with 1 day per month required in their Birmingham office.
As Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities.
* Management of sales pipeline.
* Meeting agreed KPI’s and targets.
* Maintaining strong client relationships.
* Updating the CRM system accurately with all appropriate KPI’s, pipeline, opportunity, and revenue achievement.
Commercial Manager Requirements:
* Previous experience of dealing with the NHS, Hospital Trusts and Healthcare sector
* B2B or B2C sales experience, with a consultative approach.
* Ability to manage and nurture potential client relationships through lengthy contract processes.
* Strong pipeline management skills.
* Resilient, with confident negotiation and relationship-building skills.
As Commercial Manager, you can expect a salary of up to £55,000 if successful, with on-target earnings of £85,000+, along with a company car or car allowance, so this is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your earning potential.
