Commercial Manager - Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main contractor, Northwest England
Are you on the lookout for a new Commercial opportunity paying £80k-£85k?
Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a Tier 1 Civils main contractor in the Northwest that's looking for an experienced Commercial Professional in the Civil Engineering discipline, to lead 2 large schemes, one in Infrastructure and the other in Highways across Merseyside!
Looking to bolster the commercial team within the UK Civils Unit by appointing a Commercial Manager across 2 new Civil Engineering Schemes with various projects valued between £5 million to £15 million +
This framework will require you to take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the projects and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery.

Commercial Manager Experience and Qualifications Required
Member of a professional Institution: RICS or SCSI
Academically Qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
Civil Engineering Experience - Infrastructure and or Highways Experience
Background of Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying/Estimating with a large/tier 1 contracting environment
Financial Management
Leading/managing others
Commercial Manager Salary and Package on offer
Base £80,000 - £85,000
