⏰ 37-Hour Working Week | 1pm Finish Every Friday

We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business.
This is a mobile role covering Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
The Role
???? Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
???? Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
???? Fault finding and remedial works
???? Maintenance of hot and cold water systems
???? Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems
???? Minor installations and replacement works
???? Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
???? Completing job sheets and service documentation
???? Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber
✅ Strong commercial maintenance experience
✅ FM or Building Services background advantageous
✅ Relevant plumbing qualifications
✅ Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
✅ Professional and customer-focused approach
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
