Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor?
Looking for a role with a small yet well-established Insurance Advisory and Brokerage company?
Plus, are you looking to work from home with the very occasional meeting in Bristol?

About You:
You’d love to use your existing commercial insurance experience to help shape a small yet well-established company to support more micro-SME businesses across the UK.
You will have flexibility with the way you can work with full-time and part-time hours available, and you will work across Monday to Friday (or potentially four days per week) to deal with inbound requests for help from their Micro/SME clients and referrals. You will also start to establish your own referrals through networking and other relationship-building strategies.
You’ll live within easy reach of Bristol for training and team meetings, however, you’ll have a solid home setup for home working, including a dedicated space to work from and a strong, reliable internet connection.
The key skills and experience you have include:
* Commercial insurance Advisor experience (as opposed to personal lines)
* You’re Dip CII, ACII or FCII Qualified with a background of working with Micro/SME companies
* You’re a great listener
* Excellent attention to detail
* You’re tired of being micromanaged and thrive in your day-to-day without that interruption
* Enjoy continuously learning and developing your skills

Salary: £37,000 to £45,000 - If this role was full-time at 37.5 hours (depending on experience)
Pro-rated salary for 30 hours per week: £29,500 to £35,500 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Head Office in Bristol
Your location: Within easy reach of Bristol, up to a 50-mile radius, for company training and meetings.
