Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a long-term PAYE position with a strong basic salary and genuine opportunities to significantly increase your earnings?

With a regular workload, structured call-out rota and plenty of overtime available, engineers who want to put the hours in can earn up to £100,000 OTE.

The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and fault-finding of commercial gas and heating systems across a varied portfolio of commercial properties and residential blocks throughout London.
You'll carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults and ensuring systems are operating safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out PPM and planned maintenance.
* Servicing and maintaining commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
* Fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs.
* Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns.
* Working on commercial heating plant and associated systems.
* Completing gas safety and compliance checks.
* Attending emergency breakdowns and call-outs.
* Completing service reports and maintenance documentation.
* Working across commercial properties and residential blocks.
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service.
* Participating in the structured call-out rota.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who is confident working independently across London and has a strong background in commercial gas and heating maintenance.
You'll ideally have:
* ACS Commercial Gas qualifications – Essential.
* Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
* Strong commercial heating experience.
* Solid PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience working across commercial properties and/or residential blocks.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
