We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and growing Building Services business.
This is a mobile role covering Fife, carrying out planned and reactive gas and heating maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
The Role
???? Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
???? Reactive maintenance, breakdowns and repairs
???? Servicing and maintaining commercial boilers and heating plant
???? Fault finding and diagnostics
????️ Remedial works and minor installations
???? Working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites
???? Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
???? Completing service reports and compliance documentation
???? Managing your own workload across a mobile portfolio
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer
✅ Strong commercial service and maintenance background
✅ FM / Building Services experience advantageous
✅ Current Commercial Gas qualifications
✅ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✅ Professional and customer-focused approach
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
