Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - West Midlands - National Facilities Management Organisation
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well established facilities management business, covering sites across the West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and servicing across a range of commercial buildings.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial gas maintenance, with the ability to work independently and deliver a high standard of service.
Package
Competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Company van and fuel card supplied
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Out of hours on call rota
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with additional annual leave after long service

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
Diagnose and repair faults on commercial heating and boiler systems
Undertake servicing, inspections and gas safety checks
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current legislation and health and safety regulations
Complete job sheets, maintenance reports and compliance documentation
Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure minimal disruption
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotaRequirements
Essential gas qualifications: COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1/CDGA1, ICPN1, CPA1, BMP1 and CCP1 (CCN1 and CENWAT are beneficial)
Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer within a facilities management or building services environment
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on commercial gas systems
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
