Commercial Finance Manager
Salary: £65k-£70k based on exp
Based near Weybridge, Surrey
Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Full-Time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Produce monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards.
Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs, and profitability.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor working capital, debtor performance, and cash generation.
Support pricing decisions, business cases, and investment analysis.
Ensure financial controls, VAT compliance, audit readiness, and statutory reporting.
Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance system enhancements.About You
Essential
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.
Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight.
Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills.
Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and Excel skills.Desirable
Exposure to pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support.
