Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

Location: Richmond, South West London

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze financial performance and present findings to senior management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Develop and maintain financial models to drive business performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide financial analysis for new projects, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.Qualifications:

Newly Qualified or studying towards an accountancy exam
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within the software or technology sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
