The position

In this role you will:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related disciplines.

* A proven track record in pharmaceutical analytics or customer intelligence, with knowledge of NHS framework are fundamental.

* Experience in field force effectiveness and frontline capabilities role.

* Strong leadership skills and proven managerial experience, with a knack for fostering innovation.

* A collaborative spirit and a passion for making a difference with a drive to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

* Secondary line leadership experience is an advantage.

* Professional qualifications in marketing, business, market research or business informatics are advantageous.

About the department

You will lead the outstanding Customer & Frontline Excellence department, overseeing three teams: Customer Insights, Data & Platforms, and Frontline Excellence. As part of our Customer Engagement framework, this department collaborates with the Customer Experience team to transform our organization's customer engagement approach.

You will oversee a team of 7 direct reports, along with 3 indirect reports and manage 2 HCs within GBS.
