Description:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Commercial Dispute Solicitor to join our top legal client in Bury St Edmunds on a permanent basis. This position offers hybrid flexible working and a great working culture!

key duties to include:

* Insolvency.

* Contractual disputes.

* Property litigation.

* Tenant and landlord disputes.

* Shareholder disputes.

* Civil litigation and defamation.

The successful candidate will have:

* A minimum of 3 years PQE.

* Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Commercial matters.

* Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details.

* A team player and willing to develop your skills.
