We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Director for a Family owned Masonry Business based in the Kent Area
Clients include Blue Chip Tier 1 Contractors on Landmark Projects
Due to continued growth they are looking to add to their Senior Team. The role will invove working within the Commercial team of 5 x Quantity Suveyors and Estimators reporting into Director level.
The role will inclide
- Ensuring Projects are running on time and on budget.
- Managing Estimating Function alongside lead estimator.
- Attending Client meetings for tenders and pre starts.
What are they looking for:
- Ideally Degree educated or time served.
- Experience at Commercial Director level or would consider a experienced Commercial Manager also.
- A Leader who can pull all functions together and a work winning culture.
