Spinwell is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS SOLICITOR
* Providing legal advice in relation to contractual and commercial estates matters
* Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts and commercial leases
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating collaboration agreements
* Routine contractual and procurement work
* Training delivery
* Assistance on complex contract management matters
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS SOLICITOR
* 5 years PQE in commercial contracts and estates matters.
