Role: Commercial Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist
Location: UK
Contract Duration: 12 - Months
Ready to bridge the gap between complex digital solutions and real-world commercial impact? We are looking for a sharp, proactive Commercial Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist to map out existing workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks, and bring tech-driven initiatives to life.
What You'll Do
Drive Implementation: Lead the rollout of key commercial projects, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integrations.
Map & Optimize Workflows: Analyze current processes, build target ("as-is" and "to-be") process maps, and clear operational bottlenecks.
Build Digital Solutions: Use the M365 suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) to configure compliant tools that streamline business operations.
Collaborate & Educate: Partner with external suppliers and internal teams, host live software/platform demonstrations, and provide hands-on signposting and guidance.
Maintain Standards: Ensure projects meet strict quality systems, data privacy (privacy by design), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
What You Bring
Education & Tech Savvy: A degree (or equivalent) paired with solid IT skills and a fast-learning mindset for emerging M365 tools.
Core Experience: Background in business analysis, customer support/business operations, and data management/privacy standards.
Toolkit: Demonstrated project management skills and hands-on expertise with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Communicator: Strong capability to explain complex tech solutions to cross-functional teams and external partners clearly.
