A Commercial Building Surveyor is required for Hunters’ independent, successful and long-established commercial Estate Agency. The surveyor carries out valuations for commercial properties.
Mon-Fri 9-5.30, 1 hour lunch
Commercial Surveyor – the job
Undertaking commercial property valuations
Undertaking rent review and lease renewal reports and negotiations for clients
Management portfolio of about 100 properties which are only commercial.
Valuations for pension funds (No bank valuations), accounts valuations and some management work.
Organising resurfacing of drives, sorting out plumbing issues, electricity issues, reading of meters, queries over tenants’ leases and obligations, repairs, stolen leadwork off clients’ buildings and the like
