ITS Group are a nationally recognised market leader in construction recruitment with over 50 years experience in this sector.
Our Exeter division is looking for an experienced Commercial Assistant to work with a flagship house building company, based in their head office in Exeter
This is initially a temporary role for 4-6 weeks but this is likely to be extended, and there may be an opportunity to apply for a permanent position at the end of the temporary period
You will be working for a leading national housebuilder and you will be part of a welcoming and thriving office environment
You will be working with the commercial team and your main duties will include:
* Raising purchase orders on subcontract and purchase ledgers
* Processing subcontract payments
* General administration such as filing documents and assisting with ad hoc queries
* Support the commercial team lead
Essential:
* Relevant Commercial admin experience
* Computer Literate, strong in Microsoft packages
* Strong administration skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
