Harrow, North West London (Travelling in London and the Southeast)
£42,223 per Annum (Plus 23 days of Holiday and all the Trimmings)
Penguin's client has taken on an array of commercial contracts that their new Operations manager has brought with him. Thus far, the team has around 15 site staff and the next member, joining as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst could well be you!
What Our Client is Looking for in an Asbestos Consultant:
Essential Qualifications: You must have BOHS P402 (Asbestos Surveyors qualification) and BOHS P403, P404 (Asbestos Analysts qualifications) or equivalent.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the asbestos industry is essential the extent of sites you are signed off on and years within the industry will encourage a higher basic salary.Your Role and Responsibilities Will Be:
Comprehensive Surveying: Conduct asbestos surveys, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
Sample Collection: Collect bulk samples and accurately document your findings using tablets.
Ongoing Training: Participate in company training programs, adhere to our Code of Conduct, and embrace flexible work arrangements.
Timely and Accurate Delivery: Ensure all work is delivered on time and in line with company procedures and regulations.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, complete reports promptly, and review recommendations to enhance our services.
Air Testing and Project Supervision: Perform asbestos air testing and oversee removal projects, coordinating closely with clients and contractors.
