Job Title: Commercial Agent/Negotiator!
Location: Coventry
Hours: Full Time 37.5hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE

The Job:
  
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an agency negotiator to join a thriving commercial team. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's continued success.
  
The role covers the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire, based in the central Coventry commercial hub.
  
Responsibilities include:

Handling agency inquiries from applicants and clients
Booking and conducting property viewings
Negotiating lettings and sales
Conducting market appraisals and securing new business
Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering credit checks for clients and applicants
Preparing property particulars and floor plans
Listing properties, organizing advertising, and managing the erection of agency boards
Liaising with other property professionals and portals
Negotiating deals, including client/applicant liaison and preparation of Heads of Terms/Memo of Sale
Organizing and conducting viewings
Supporting commercial agency activities across all branches
Managing transactions to legal completion
Preparing pipeline figures   
About you:

Previous experience in lettings and/or sales
Commercial property experience preferred
The company offers support for training and development to help individuals obtain professional qualifications (e.g., Assoc RICS/MRICS)
Confident with strong negotiation skills
Client-focused with excellent organisational and prioritization abilities
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Full driving license and use of a car for business purposes
