As the Commercial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the institution. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Managing and maintaining student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assisting with the coordination of student enrolment and registration processes.

Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Supporting the administration of contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.

Assisting with budget management and preparing financial reports as needed.

Providing administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and taking minutes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
