Description:
Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Commercial Administrator to join a Construction business in the Durham area.
This is a newly created position due to the expansion of the business.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and processing timesheets
* Handling subcontractor payments and queries
* Setting up contracts
* Setting up folders
* Subcontract administration
* Maintaining accurate subcontractor/supplier/plant databases.
* Collaborate with various departments
* Maintain departmental calendar
* Assist in subcontractor and material tendering processes
* Coordinate subcontractor agreements and certifications
This role can offer hybrid and flexible working for the right candidate.
Salary £25,000 - £28,000 plus a range of company benefits.
