Description:

Purpose of role and accountabilities:

* Provide valuable assistance to the Commercial team, undertaking various administrative tasks as needed.

* Manage the filing of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) from both suppliers and customers, utilising basic Excel skills to organise and maintain the existing registers.

* Checking customer portals on a regular basis and alerting Bids Teams to new enquiries and related messages;

* Liaising with customers via various methods to help obtain and interpret information where required;

* React confidently to new situations, using own initiative and available resource to complete tasks effectively.

* Maintain a comprehensive database on the Sharepoint server to assist in approving the visibility of contracts to relevant business users.

* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

* Maintain content on external company website

* Working to ISO 50001/14001/ 45001/9001 standards

* To access and manage various online databases (typically windows based) to access (download/upload) data to respond to enquiries and requests for proposal to/from customers

Core skills/attributes needed:

* Diligent, hard-working, and results/deadline driven

* Good communication skills (written and verbal)

* Will currently be working, or have recently worked within the Aerospace or similar industry within a commercial based role;

* Requires thoroughness, resourcefulness, adaptability to shifting priorities/deadlines and multi-tasking;

* Requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and resolve problems;

* Must be able to work as part of a team or on their own and show initiative;

* Will show attention to detail and be able to analyse and present information in a clear and concise format;

* Will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
