Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Office-based in Northampton but with flexible working arrangements (9am – 5pm)
Our client is a well-established, independent insurance broker with nearly 15 years’ experience, a growing business and a broad mix of commercial clients.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team, working with larger SME and mid-market risks, including complex cases.
The Role
* Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients
* Handle renewals, MTAs, new business and client enquiries
* Work with insurers to secure appropriate cover
* Deal with larger SME and mid-market risks
* Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards
* Use Acturis to manage accounts and policy administration
What They're Looking For
* Ideally 2+ years' commercial insurance experience
* Previous Account Handler experience
* Strong Acturis knowledge
* Experience with larger SME/mid-market risks
* Self-motivated, organised and commercially aware
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
