Description

Offer exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the department.

A successful Collections Advisor should have:
