Are you an experienced Collections Agent who can provide empathy to all customers?

This is an opportunity to join an excellent business, helping customers experiencing financial difficulty find realistic and sustainable solutions. You’ll manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with specialist teams to deliver fair, positive customer outcomes.

What’s on offer for this Collections Advisor role:
£30,000 per annum, plus discretionary company bonus
25 days’ holiday, rising to 28 days after three years, plus bank holidays

Handling inbound and outbound collections conversations with empathy, professionalism and sound judgement.
Understanding individual customer circumstances and agree appropriate, sustainable payment arrangements.
Managing a personal caseload, ensuring all actions, follow-ups and records are accurate and completed on time.
Identifying, document and escalate customer, conduct and operational risks where required.
Working closely with specialist teams to support vulnerable customers and continually improve outcomes.About you
Previous experience in Collections, Recoveries, Payment Support, Arrears or a comparable regulated customer-service environment.
Comfortable supporting customers in financial difficulty and identifying suitable repayment solutions.
Experience in completing Income and Expenditures
