Location: National travel is required as part of this role due to the facilitation of onsite sessions, with the flexibility of hybrid working on admin days. Our Corporate Office in Cannock, Staffordshire is used for team and stakeholder meetings

What you'll be doing:

As an Organisational Development Specialist you will work as part of a team focused on the development of senior managers and leaders across the Veolia business, in order to support Veolia's strategy, with a key focus on people, culture and processes. In this role you will be responsible for a selection of specific initiatives, with a focus on enhancing organisational and team Cultures, creating great behaviours inline with our organisation's Values, as well as enhancing and embedding our coaching culture throughout Veolia.

To empower and develop the coaching capability across the organisation working closely with senior managers and leadership at all levels to support business process improvements and a high-performance culture.
Drive Veolia's coaching culture as an internally accredited coach, by supporting structured programmes of development through Veolia's Internal Coaching Academy. This includes the design, delivery and planning of our internal offering
Manage reporting and evaluation to showcase the ROI (return of investment), and ROE (return of effectiveness) from our Internal Coaching Community
Implement key senior leadership and management programmes that support current and future development needs, through diagnostics to ensure we offer the most effective development and learning intervention
Build open channels of feedback at all levels of leadership and management, in order to inform and shape offerings, present and future, within our wider organisational development team driving a collaborative way of working across all learning and development interventions What we're looking for:

Specialist in the end to end process of identifying, developing, delivering and evaluating innovative and creative learning and development solutions
A curious mindset, someone who is willing to listen to the needs of the organisation, and their stakeholders
Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills, at all levels of stakeholder management
Confidence to challenge in a constructive and professional manner, in order to ensure that all learning solutions directly support the true need for the organisation and our stakeholders
Ability to move between big picture and small picture focus where required, ensuring forward momentum is always maintained, the ability to manage and work with ambiguity and ever changing landscapes, with a mindset of effective change management
