£42,000-£45,842 pa (pro rata, 12 months fixed term contract/secondment) + benefits
Farringdon, Croydon or Sittingbourne

As Co-creation Lead at Southern Housing, you’ll have the opportunity to lead on co-creation projects that involve residents, staff and external stakeholders to design or improve Southern services, policies, and procedures.

Co-creation has been set as a strategic priority for the organisation. You’ll be working across the business leading on co-creation projects and supporting colleagues to deliver their own. You’ll collaborate with senior staff and stakeholders, utilising design thinking across a varied range of projects in line with Southern's co-creation framework. You’ll plan and deliver projects to specifications set by project sponsors, ensuring stakeholders are kept updated throughout. Monitoring and evaluation are important to measuring the success of projects so will form a key part of your role.

What you’ll need

* Experience of delivering co-creation or engagement activities with a range of stakeholders

* The ability to work with people of all backgrounds

* Analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data

* Understanding of Agile project management principles, preferably with a qualification, or willingness to work towards one

* The ability to facilitate inclusive workshops
