We are world leaders in what we do, and we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Converting Plant based in Rothley. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager the ideal candidate will have a keen technical mind set and a desire to continuously improve individuals, processes and production. The successful candidate will predominantly work Monday –Friday 37.5 hours per week however due to the nature of the business flexibility on this may be required.

Main Duties:
Lead the warehouse team within the Plant, offering support, guidance and assistance where required
Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operational running of the Warehouse
Management responsibility for goods in and goods out including the maintenance of up-to-date stock records
Liaise with third party hauliers and internal stakeholders ensuring the correct documentation and process is followed
Identify capacity and resource planning issues and where highlighted resolve issues in a timely manner
Report daily, weekly, monthly statistics to the Warehouse Manager
Carry out stock management activities ensuring levels are maintained to the required standard
Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to
Promote a safety-first culture within the warehouse Additional Skills/Requirements:
Demonstrable experience working within a warehouse environment preferably leading a team
Knowledge of logistic and supply chain management processes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A flexible approach to work with the initiative to demonstrate adaptability
Experience operating FLT's and other warehouse machinery 
Knowledge and use of WMS
SAP knowledge 
IT Skills with basic understanding of MS Office applications Package/benefits:
