The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering and filtration manufacturer based in Segensworth, Hampshire. Operating within a highly regulated and quality-focused environment, they are looking for experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
* Setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components
* Working to engineering drawings and specifications to tight tolerances
* Carrying out machine setups, tool changes, and in-process quality inspection
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
* Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
The Candidate
Essential:
* Proven track record in CNC lathe setting — this is a must
* Fanuc control experience
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable and able to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
Desirable:
* CNC programming capability on Fanuc controls
