CNC Turner (Setter/Operator)

Our client, a small engineering business based in Brighouse have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed CNC Turner who can, set, operate CNC Lathes with FANUC and / or SIEMENS based controls.
Duties
* Responsible for editing, setting and operating of CNC Turning machines.
* Have the ability to edit Fanuc and Siemens based programs.
* Ability to producing finished components to quality requirements.
* To attend and complete any training courses if required.
* Experience of working with small batches and single components
* Can work to tight limits in a high precision environment.
* Workshop Housekeeping.
Requirements
* Should have a background in CNC Turning
* Previous experience of working with FANUC or SIEMENS
* Able to work to engineering drawings with minimum supervision.
* Able to complete tasks using own initiative.
* Willingness to comply with all HSQE requirements and procedural controls.
* Strong housekeeping and continuous improvement ethic.
* Strong team member and willing to assist wherever required.
* Skilled in manual handling
* Honest and reliable.
This is a permanent position where you will work 08:00 - 16:50 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 12:15 on a Friday.
In return you can expect a salary of £32k + dependant on experience.
