Description:
We are looking for CNC Programmers/Setters/Operators with Fanuc programming experience. They can be either CNC Turners or CNC Vertical Borers, as we have flexibility within our current workforce. Previous experience working with materials used in the Oil and gas Industry, such as steel, stainless steel, duplex, and heat-resistant alloys.

We offer a very settled and stable working environment. Our workforce comprises 30 people, around half with at least ten years of service.
Hours of Work—39-hour working week on a 2-week dayshift/2-week backshift rotation with a basic pay rate based on experience starting at £18.00 per hour.
Working a two-week, rotating shift pattern, 2-week dayshift/2-week backshift rotation
* Work two weeks on a Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, and Friday, 6 am to 1:30pm.
* Work 2 weeks on a shift - Monday to Wednesday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Thursday, 2:30 pm to 12 midnight
Shift Premium - 30% when working on backshift only.
Overtime working – Will be paid at + 50% Monday to Saturday, double time on Sunday.
Holiday entitlement—30 days, seven days held back for the Christmas shutdown. The balance of 23 days can be taken at any time throughout the year and will be authorised by your line manager. Holidays in year one are accrued with service at 2.5 days per month.
Pension—When you start with the company, you will be auto-enrolled into our workplace pension scheme, whereby you contribute 4% and the company contributes 4%.
Sick Pay Scheme—You are entitled to Statutory Sick Pay in year one. In year two, you are entitled to 50% sick pay, year 3 is 75%, and year four and longer is 100%. You are only entitled to Statutory Sick Pay for the first week in any year; thereafter, the percentage for service becomes applicable.
Bonus – Profit share bonus scheme in operation.
