£40,000-£48,000 (OTE £50K) + Fanuc Training + Retention Bonus + 4-Day Week + Annual Bonus + 32 Days' Holiday + 1.5x Overtime

Are you a CNC Programmer working in a Fanuc or Mazak controls, looking to join an expanding workshop offering a 4-day working week and a company bonus?
Established in the late 1960s, this independent precision engineering specialist manufactures high-quality components and bespoke parts for the oil and gas, automotive and marine industries. The company supports a growing customer base, delivering a varied range of precision-engineered solutions across multiple sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc controls. You will manufacture precision components from a variety of materials, carry out quality inspections, and manage multiple machines to ensure high-quality production, from prototypes through to medium-batch runs.
This role will suit a CNC Programmer with Fanuc or Mazak experience looking to join an established workshop, work on varied projects, and benefit from a 4-day working week.
The Role:
Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide systems.
Managing multiple machines while maintaining high-quality standards and an organised workspace.
Working Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am-5:00 pm.The Person:
CNC Programmer
Experience with Fanuc or Mazak controls. Full Fanuc training will be provided for candidates from a Mazak background.
