CNC Turner - Days and late shift available

CNC Turner / Woking / £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on days or late shift)
Are you an experienced CNC Turner? You could be progressing your career at a leading manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art facility.
Based in a busy machining department, you will work closely with Quality and Production departments to produce quality end-products within set quality, tolerances and productivity time scales.

We require CNC Turners on day shift (40 hours per week, standard days) and late shift (hours outlined below for this shift). All you need to do is hit apply and we will call you to talk through both shifts and you decide which one suits you best!
Location / Hours:

Based in Woking, four or five days per week; you'll need to be able to drive there or live locally as public transport links can be difficult, free parking available.
36 or 40 hours a week, 4 or 5 days a week.
Monday to Thursday 14:00- 23:00 with 2 x 20 minute paid breaks per day, and Friday's 14:00 - 18:00.
There is flexibility to do either the compressed week of 36 hours (Monday to Thursday) or the 40 hours week (Monday to Friday, with a shorter day on Friday).
CNC Turner Requirements:

Work on several machines including Mazak mill/turn twin spindle/twin turret lathe as well as a variety of sliding head machines.
Must be confident in using Mazak controls/ ISO programming and be able to program, set and operate.
Recent experience of using a Mazak or Fanuc machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to enable programming, setting and manufacture to achieve a right first time product.
Some programming experience with ISO or Mazak controls would be an advantage but training will be given to the right candidate.
Required to work on a variety of different metal components and different metals including aluminium, stainless steel and brass.
Highly motivated to improving productivity without compromise on quality.
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: £40,000
Shift Allowance (33.33%): £13,665.30.
Total Yearly Salary: £53,320.
Monthly Production Bonus (Average 3%): Average total yearly income including the bonus c£55k (this could fluctuate due to the production bonus that is usually between 3-4%, this number is worked out on receiving 3% production bonus on your base salary).

Additional production bonus (variable but approx. 3% - 4% basic salary payable monthly in arrears).
Shift premium will be paid at time and a third for up to 40 hours a week, overtime will be paid on basic hourly rate only.
5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution.

Life insurance after 6 months.
