Description:

Shorterm Group is currently recruiting experienced CNC Turners and CNC Millers on behalf of a well-established precision manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Bristol.

These are hands-on roles involving setting, operating, and online programming CNC machines in a high-precision environment. Online programming experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidates.

The roles will involve:
- Setting and operating CNC turning or milling machines
- Online programming (Fanuc controls)
- Multi-axis / twin-spindle machines (Turners)
- Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances
- Tool changes, offsets, and basic fault finding

Shifts - Double Days:
- Morning: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 6:00am-11:00am (Fri)
- Afternoon: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 11:00am-4:00pm (Fri)

Experience with Citizen Miyano machines is advantageous for Turners but not essential.
