CNC Turner – Programmer, Setter, Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for their next role, I am recruiting on behalf of my client based in Rochdale. They are a successful specialist engineering company who specialise in CNC Machining Precision Components.
The job
* Program, Set and Operate CNC Lathes that have Fanuc operating systems with a proven track record.
* Work with all types of materials, including steel, aluminium, plastics, and other materials.
* Work with all types of tools, including drills, grinders, and sanders.
* Perform routine maintenance on machine equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
* Perform quality control checks on parts produced by the machine.
* Maintain work area to ensure it is clean and organised.
* Follow safety guidelines and procedures established by the company or organisation or employer.
About you
* Are you an experienced CNC Machinist
* An excellent timekeeper
* A can-do attitude with a motivated pro-active approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the job requirements.
* Ability to work overtime when required based on workload
