As a CNC Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
Loading brass bar into the CNC bar feeders
Starting programs under supervision, checking first-off quality before full batch runs
Monitoring machines throughout the manufacturing process
Confirming product quality against drawings and specifications
Carrying out cleaning, safety checks and tooling checks, flagging any issues to the CNC Machinist
As a CNC Trainee, your experience will include:
No prior CNC experience required, full training given
Some basic knowledge of CNC machines would be an advantage
A keen eye for detail and quality
Willingness to learn and follow instruction from experienced machinists
Reliability and a good attendance record
